1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of COCODOLLLAB (cocodolllab.com, the "shop"), an online shop run by cocodoll ("we", "us"), and set out the rights and duties between us and you.

3. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms within the limits of the law. We post changes on the shop at least 7 days before they apply, or 30 days before if a change is to your disadvantage.
4. Accounts
- You can create an account with Naver, Google or an emailed code, or order as a guest.
- Please give accurate information and keep your account secure.
- You can delete your account at any time under My account › Profile.
- Accounts are not available to children under 14.
5. Orders
- A contract is formed when you place and pay for an order and we send the order confirmation.
- Most of our items exist only once. If we cannot fulfil an order because of a stock error, an obvious pricing error, or the item selling out before your payment completed, we will tell you promptly and refund you in full.
6. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Korean won (KRW) and all orders are charged in KRW. Amounts shown in other currencies are estimates.
- You can pay with the methods offered at Shopify's checkout, such as cards, local wallets and PayPal.
7. Shipping
Delivery times, fees, international shipping and duties are covered by our Shipping policy.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund policy. Orders delivered outside Korea are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or not as described.
9. Product information and vintage items
We describe condition, year and provenance as accurately as we can from what we know. Dates and histories of vintage items rest on the sources available to us, and colours may look different on your screen.
10. Reviews and questions
- Reviews and public questions are shown on the shop with part of your name hidden.
- We may hide or remove posts that infringe someone's rights or contain false statements, abuse or advertising.
- You allow us to use what you post to run and promote the shop.
11. Intellectual property
Photographs, text and design on the shop belong to us or to their rightful owners and may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without permission. Third-party trademarks and product names belong to their owners.
12. Privacy
We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy policy.
13. Liability
We are not liable for loss caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, customs delays or carrier problems. This does not limit our liability for loss caused by our own intent or negligence.
14. Disputes and governing law
- We take complaints by email and through the shop's inquiry feature and handle them in good faith.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
