Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch

  • We dispatch within 3 business days of confirmed payment. Made-to-order and pre-order items follow the schedule on their product page.
  • When your order ships we email the tracking number. You can also see it under My account › Orders.
  • We do not dispatch on weekends or Korean public holidays.

2. Delivery within Korea

  • Orders go by parcel courier and usually arrive 1–3 business days after dispatch. Islands and remote areas can take longer.
  • The shipping fee is shown at checkout for your address.

3. International delivery

  • We ship worldwide. The shipping method and fee are shown at checkout for your country and the parcel's weight.
  • Delivery time depends on the destination and customs, and is usually 1–3 weeks after dispatch.
  • Import duties, VAT and customs handling fees charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient. They are not included in the item price or shipping fee.
  • We may be unable to ship to some countries. If so, we will contact you.

4. Currency

All orders are charged in Korean won (KRW). The US dollar figure on the English site is an estimate for reference; the amount on your statement depends on your card issuer's or payment service's exchange rate.

5. Packaging

Each doll is wrapped in cushioning and boxed. The older the doll, the more carefully we pack it.

6. Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived well after the expected date, send photos of the packaging and item with your order number to labcocodoll@gmail.com or through My account › Inquiries. We will check with the carrier and put it right.

7. Address changes

We can change the address before dispatch, but not after. Please check your address right after ordering. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong address, you pay the cost of sending it again.
